Kellie Pickler will appear on American Idol for the first time since 2006 on May 4th, as part of a special episode celebrating the show's Class of 2006.

She'll be joined by Taylor Hicks, Paris Bennett, Bucky Covington and Elliott Yamin. The group will duet with this season's Top 5 contestants. Kellie was just 19 years old when she first appeared on American Idol. She very quickly became a fan favourite and finished in sixth place. She went on to launch a successful music career with her debut album Small Town Girl. Kellie has expanded her career into acting and has appeared in movies and TV shows.
