Stella Lefty's song "Boston" is partially a true story.

Stella co-wrote the single about her boyfriend, fellow country artist Vincent Mason. However, Vincent is from Atlanta not Boston. So where did Boston come from?

She's not really sure. "I was sitting at a Boston piano when I wrote this song, but I didn't know that the piano said Boston until like a month later," says Stella. "So it was a weird thing, like, 'I don't know where this song came from.'"

Another inspiration could be the fact that she was going to be touring with Cameron Whitcomb and one of the first stops was in Boston. Whatever the reason, the song is a hit.
