Earlier this week, Keith Urban spent some time at Monroe Carell Jr. Children's Hospital at Vanderbilt in Nashville.

He answered questions from the patients and their families, led an acoustic sing-a-long and took photos. Keith also donated some guitars to the hospital's music therapy program, which is used to "provide emotional support, pain and anxiety management, developmental goals, coping and overall well-being to children and families," according to the hospital.
