Dasha is taking a break from touring to undergo surgery.

She is scheduled to have a procedure to remove nodules on her vocal cords on October 22nd.

The damage was caused by years of nonstop touring. “It’s from the past two-and-a-half years of craziness that just hit me like a truck,” Dasha said. “You don’t really get a lot of sleep. You talk, talk, talk and you party and you sing. It just caught up with me."

She found fame with her 2023 single “Austin,” which went viral on TikTok and reached Number 18 on the Billboard Hot 100 in August 2024. She’s since toured the world with headlining shows, festival performances and opening slots for acts including Luke Bryan, Tucker Wetmore, Kane Brown and more.

After the surgery, Dasha will be on complete vocal rest for two weeks, followed by vocal rehab.
