The 420 Wing Oshawa Inc. is rolling out the red carpet for it's second annual "Raise the 420 Wing" gala fundraising event. The cocktail hour begins at 5:00 p.m. followed by dinner and dancing with live entertainment. There will be a silent auction and door prizes. The suggested attire is Cocktail/Hollywood.
