Wild in Pieces: Collage Creatures of Land, Sea and Sky invites viewers into a vibrant world where animals and birds emerge from layers of texture, colour, and imagination. This mixed-media exhibition brings together creatures collaged from recycled magazine paper, birds formed with the fluidity of watercolour and the spontaneity of monoprint, and animals built from hand-painted and collaged tissue paper. Each piece celebrates the beauty and diversity of the natural world while showcasing the possibilities of reimagined materials. Through fragments and layers, Wild in Pieces transforms everyday papers into extraordinary portraits of life on land, sea, and in the sky.

Whitby Girls Softball is now open for registration for the 2026 season! WGSA is a great program for girls ages 4–24 to have fun, stay physically active, and develop their softball skills. We would like to invite you to attend the 420 Wing Oshawa Inc.'s 3rd Annual Gala Fundraiser on Saturday, April 25, 2026. This year's theme is "April in Paris". The event commences at 5:00 p.m.. There will be a dinner, silent auction, door prizes and dancing to live music. Dress is "Paris Chic" or cocktail attire. We are looking for support through Gala attendance, sponsorships or auction donations. Please help support this wonderful historic building, so we can continue to provide a space for social and memorial events that foster a strong sense of community and camaraderie in Oshawa for all of its citizens. This year we are hoping to raise enough funds to update the 420 Wing kitchen. Every donation whether large or small will help us in our efforts to rejuvenate an important piece of Oshawa's history.
