Book Launch & Reading by Margaret RodgersTHESE DAYS — Book Launch & Reading by Margaret Rodgers October 20, 11 a.m.
Local writer, visual artist, and curator Margaret Rodgers will launch her new chapbook, THESE DAYS, at the Visual Arts Centre of Clarington on October 20 at 11 a.m. The event will include readings from both Maple Park Memoir and THESE DAYS, offering audiences a look at Rodgers’ ongoing exploration of everyday moments through poetry and visual art.
Rodgers’ work has appeared in Poetry Pause, Horseshoe, Sunshine Review, Contemporary Verse, Canadian Woman Studies, and Atlantis. Her visual practice includes mixed media, solar printing, collage, acrylic, and drawing.
The event is free, and all are welcome.
