  • Flow for a Cause – An International Women's Day Event

    Flow for a Cause

Move with Purpose, Give with Heart

Join us for Flow for a Cause, a gentle yoga flow infused with breathwork and mindfulness in support of Bethesda House, a vital organization providing safety and support for women and families in our community experiencing gender-based violence.

Flow for a Cause – An International Women's Day Event Canadahelps

Hosted at Markets in Bowmanville, a vibrant space filled with unique hand-crafted treasures and home to the town’s best coffee and treats from Roam Coffee & Nest Specialty Desserts, this event is all about movement, mindfulness, and giving back in a way that directly impacts our community.

Led by Jessi from Nirmana Yoga—this practice is designed to help you slow down, release tension, and reconnect with yourself through intentional movement and breath. This all-level class will guide you into a space of deep relaxation and awareness, leaving you feeling refreshed and centered.

This event is proudly sponsored by Lululemon Oshawa Centre, and we encourage you to continue the spirit of community by shopping at Market's extensive collection of local artisans after class— and don't forget to wander over to Second Chance Thrift Store, located just across the street, in which all of your purchases directly support Bethesda House.

    Two Ways to Support:

Join us in practice – Purchase a ticket and take part in this meaningful experience.

Donate – Even if you can’t attend, your support makes a difference.

Those who make the largest donations will be entered into a draw to win class passes, yoga mats, and other amazing prizes!
