This exhibition challenges the established distance between realistic and dreamlike scenarios by incorporating dreamlike works amongst the more realistic nature of Kevin J Harper’s older work. Harper aims to lessen this distance through the relationship between the real and imagined snapshots of the everyday and mundane world we live in. As a mostly self-taught artist, Kevin J Harper finds solace in painting and drawing as it continues to be a central source of play, rejuvenation & transformation for him.
This exhibition will run from October 11 to November 11, with the artist reception on Oct 18th from 1-3pm. Meet the artist, enjoy light refreshments and experience Kevin Harper’s work in a bright space full of creative energy!

Test your brain's ability to retain random knowledge and fun facts in an ""anything goes"" trivia night where all skills are welcome! Join us as an individual or with a team of up to four people as we test your knowledge of movies, music, TV, cartoons, superheroes, pop culture, history, science, sports and more!
NOTE: Each team will need to bring a smartphone, tablet or laptop to play.
