On this walking tour, actors will bring stories to life, portraying people from Oshawa’s past and celebrating these exceptional individuals.

The course winds along Ontario Tech's north campus, starting and finishing at Polonsky Commons. This is an inclusive, non-competitive, pet-friendly community event with no time limit.
Last September, more than 400 people participated in the Chancellor’s Challenge and raised an impressive $125,000! Join us this year and help us make this the most successful Challenge yet – we hope to see you there.

Be part of a free, interactive weekend of creativity, community and cultural connection for all ages at Culture Days 2025 in Port Perry! This event offers dozens of opportunities to engage directly with artists, performers and makers across Scugog.
Some of the featured events include: an outdoor gathering of artist booths, workshops, live music, dance, martial arts demonstrations, storytelling circles, and more.
The main event will begin in Palmer Park and the Latcham Centre on Saturday, September 20th from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM and will continue Sunday, September 21st from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM at the Scugog Arts Space. Three other key hubs will host events throughout the weekend: Scugog Memorial Library, Applewood Winery, and Lavender-Blu Farm.
