  • A Year With Frog and Toad

The beloved book series comes to life on stage—and it’s fun for the whole family!

Based on Arnold Lobel's beloved books, this whimsical show chronicles the story of two friends—the very chipper Frog and the rather grumpy Toad—through four fun-filled seasons. Alongside the other animals of the forest, they plant gardens, go swimming, rake leaves, go sledding, and learn life lessons along the way. It’s a show for both the young and the young at heart!

Part vaudeville, part make-believe, and all charm, A Year with Frog and Toad tells the story of a friendship that endures throughout the seasons

  • The Durham Duck Hunt

My name is Katie and I am a family fun blogger in the Durham Region and surrounding areas. Last year I decided to host a really fun event called The Durham Duck Hunt where I placed 600 ducks around the region with many linked to prizes all donated by local businesses. I posted hints in my instagram stories to where the ducks were and the community went out to "hunt" for ducks. It was like Pokemon Go meets a scavenger hunt! The event was to encourage families to get outside, spend time with their children, discover new parks and support small businesses. The event was such a success and blew up overnight!

This year the Durham Duck Hunt will be June 7-9th. We are aiming to reach 2000 ducks across the region which we can get to with 400 donated prizes (so the ratio is 1 in 5 being a winner). We are off to a great start so far with businesses wanting to participate but we still have a huge goal ahead!

Be on the look out for clues and ducks starting June 7th!
