  • Oshawa Garden Club Annual Plant Sale

    Oshawa Garden club is having their annual plant sale on Saturday May 23rd, 9am -1pm at South Oshawa Community Centre, 1455 Cedar St., Oshawa. We will have lettuce bowls, herb pots, native plants and seedlings, and perennials for sale. Also joining us is our community partners Friends of the Second Marsh, CLOCA, Durham Master Gardeners, Robert Mclaughlin Gallery, Oshawa Library, Oshawa Enviromental Advisory Committee, David Suzuki's Butterflyway Rangers and GL Roberts Horticultural Program.

  • WELLSPRING 2026 HOLISTIC FAIR

    The Wellspring 2026 Holistic Fair takes place on April 18 at the Newcastle Community Hall. Free to all attendees. The Fair will feature over 20 local holistic practitioners, retailers, clinics and spas. Separate Speaker Sessions, Mala Bracelet Making classes, Herbal Tea Tastings, Apple Cider Sampling (non-alcoholic), Mini Wellness sessions at the practitioners' tables. Also featuring Pet Therapy.
