Vocalists Robin Lea and Dave Statham will be performing Christmas Classics backed by Paul Grecco on keyboard, Doug Matthews on bass, Rob Bulger on guitar and John Collin on drums. This is a fundraising event for the historical 420 Wing Oshawa Inc. at 1000 Stevenson Rd. North. Showtime is at 1:00 p.m.. Snacks will be available and the bar will be open. This December, take the first step on a journey to rediscover peace, hope, joy and love.
The Illumination Walk, an interactive walk for all ages, will take place on Dec. 14 and 15 from 6-8 pm behind Hope Fellowship Church (1685 Bloor St in Courtice). There will be a bonfire, hot chocolate, a trail marked out with lights and an opportunity to take part in activities that bring home the message of Christmas.
In the busyness of Christmas,take time to walk the pathway at Hope. Take time to stop, reflect, look and listen and let the adventure begin.
