This marks their 8th instalment of the coat drive. Since 2017, they have collected over 1000 coats for the more vulnerable in our community. Once again, they are collecting winter coats and items of clothing to help those in need in our local community keep warm this winter. they will be collecting coats and warm clothing until Sunday December 8th. All coats will be professionally cleaned courtesy of Carriage Trade Cleaning Centre prior to distribution throughout Oshawa and Clarington.

The 5th annual Help Our Neighbour Community Food Drive in support of the Operation Scugog Food Bank will be held on Saturday, November 30th from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm.
Help us restock the shelves at the Operation Scugog food bank. Volunteers will collect donated non-perishable food items, baby needs, personal care products, gift cards or financial donations at one of the following locations:
Scugog Arena Parking Lot - 1655 Reach Street
Port Perry Foodland Parking Lot - 278 Queen Street
Vos Your Independent Grocer Parking Log - 1893 Scugog Street
Port Perry Food Basics Parking Lot - 1894 Scugog Street
Immediately following all donations will be delivered to Operation Scugog Food Bank.

It's ON! Hockey Night in Port Perry is at the Scugog Arena on Saturday, November 30th, 2024! It's an exciting hockey event in support of Oak Ridges Hospice!
We are asking people to raise funds to play in an all star hockey game with the likes of Eric Lindros, Shayne Corson, Angela James, and Geraldine Heaney, with more names to be announced. All proceeds support Oak Ridges Hospice, the only hospice residence in Durham Region, providing end-of-life care at no cost.
Players can pay or fundraise to secure their spot on the ice, while spectators can purchase tickets to cheer on their favourite stars. The event features a professional announcer, intermission games, and an exclusive VIP reception with a Q&A panel, making it a must-attend experience for the whole community.
