Petapolooza brings together pet owners and enthusiasts within our community. It gives our community the opportunity to meet industry professionals, rescue groups, and others in the pet industry.Over 80+ exhibitors and Rescue Groups, live entertainment by SuperDogs, Bark Art, Tattoos for your pet, pet caricatures, lure course, food trucks, games, giveaways and more!
$5.00 voluntary donation, free for children & seniors. All proceeds from Petapolooza go towards helping us build a permanent animal shelter.

You will learn about native wildlife, how to protect them and of course have the opportunity to get up close and personal with a few of them! (at the Gazebo) |
| 12:45 pm | Join Animal Services, High Five Kids Dental and the Pickering Public Library as we launch this years Tails of Hope Short Story Contest! Local children’s book author Sue Palmer will share with you her story “Just Ben Goes to the Forest”. Afterwards, illustrator Lynn Palmer will show everyone a few tricks and tips on how to draw your furry friend. Attendees will have the opportunity to test out their newfound skills and become budding artist |
