There are 3.3 million caregivers in Ontario – ordinary people who provide physical and emotional support to a family member, partner, friend or neighbour, without pay. While many caregivers find this role to be rewarding, the majority find the overall management of caregiving stressful. Learn about the ways caregiving can affect mental health and well-being and strategies and resources that can help you take care of yourself while caring for another person.
