Keeping the holly jolly spirit going this weekend!

I will be starting my weekend off in the Pickering Santa Claus Parade! You can catch Santa Claus himself in the parade making its way along Glenanna Road from Dixie Road, then head east on The Esplanade South and Diefenbaker Court ending at Chestnut Hill Developments Recreation Complex beginning at 10:00AM.

On Saturday afternoon I will be at the Christmas Is Coming Holiday Vendor Market at the Whitby Columbus Hall! It’s on from 10:00AM-3:00PM where you can come and get some Christmas shopping done, meet with Santa and support The Denise House in Oshawa!

I will be at the Tribute Communities Centre afterwards for the Oshawa Tequila Expo! Doors open at 3:00PM and you can get in on all the tequila, tacos, live mariachi music and more right through until 11:00PM!

You can catch me Saturday evening in the Ajax Santa’s Spectacle Of Lights Parade! The Parade begins at the intersection of Bayly St. and Mackenzie Ave., proceeding east along Bayly St. and will continue north on Harwood Ave. S concluding at Ajax Town Hall. Immediately following the Parade will be a special tree lighting ceremony and after party at Town Hall as well!

On Sunday I will be heading to Maxwell Heights Secondary School in Oshawa for the Mingle & Jingle Holiday Market Fundraiser! It’s on from 10:00AM-3:00PM where you can come and get in the holiday spirit with their vendors, silent auction and more!

I will be at the Clarington Museum in Bowmanville on Sunday afternoon for their Community Christmas Party! It’s free to check out their games, crafts, food and more! Bring a non-perishable food donation for the local food bank.

I’ll be ending my weekend at Garnet B Rickard Complex in Bowmanville where the Heroes 4 Wildlife: Environmental Awareness Festival is happening! Come celebrate the wonderful world of Ontario wildlife.Meet a porcupine, snuggle a skunk, and kiss a groundhog.
Learn about wildlife rehabilitation and its importance to our community. It’s $10 admission with all proceeds going to wildlife organizations in Ontario.
