Hitting the road for some winter fun this weekend!

Find me Saturday morning at the Oshawa Blood Donor Clinic, where you can stop by to give the gift of life! Their clinic at the corner of Harmony and Taunton Rd in Oshawa is open every Saturday from 8:00am-2:00pm. Visit blood.ca to find all the information on eligibility, book your next appointment in advance and for locations and hours.

I’ll be heading to the Port Union Community Centre afterwards for the Port Union Winterfest! Bring the whole family out for this one day event on from 11:00am-3:00pm, it’s fun for the whole family! Enjoy free games, live entertainment and more! Visit portunionwinterfest.com for all the details.

Find me at Palmer Park in Port Perry on Saturday afternoon for the 13^th annual Polar Bear Plunge! With registration opening at 1:00pm, the plunge officially begins at 2:00pm! Get there early to get a good spot and witness the chilly dip into Lake Scugog!

I’ll be wrapping up the day with a KX Winsticker Drive Thru in Oshawa! Find me at the KX96 Events Cruiser to get yourself registered for your very own KX96 Winsticker!

On Sunday, you can find me at the Oshawa Museum for their Tea & Talk! Beginning at 1:00pm, come out to enjoy tea and scones while learning all about the history of the Guy House!

I’ll be heading to the Scarborough Museum on Sunday afternoon, it’s the last weekend you can check out January Joys! It’s on from 12:00pm-4:00pm where you can enjoy some delicious potato soup and hot chocolate while you tour the museum buildings, don’t miss the fun scavenger hunt and winter games as well!
