Jason Aldean performed a surprise free show at his bar in downtown Nashville last night. He made the announcement on social media in the morning, letting his fans know that he would be playing the show and there would be filming happening. No official word on what it was for...perhaps a future video? 

Dierks Bentley stepped on the stage at Joe's Bar on Sunday for the first time in about 15 years. He played a 90-minute set to raise money for his RISER Foundation. Charles Barkley was in the crowd and fans cheered when Dierks brought him onstage to say hi.

Kane Brown and his wife Katelyn Jae recently welcomed their baby girl. Her name is Kingsley Rose Brown. Kingsley comes from the couple's love of the name Kingston and Katelyn has always felt that is was a "strong" name. Kingsley's middle name, Rose, is Katelyn's middle name as well. She was given that name in honour of her great-grandmother.

Kacey Musgraves wrapped up the North American leg of her Oh, What a World Tour II in Nashville with a sold-out show at Bridgestone Arena. Kacey drew a crowd of 18,373 people, which is the largest attendance for any show by a female artist from any genre at Bridgestone. She told the crowd that the moment felt like "one gigantic victory lap of sorts," and added, "And of course, I could never have had this much love and positivity coming out with this record without you guys."

Miranda Lambert's Pistol Annies bandmates Ashley Monroe and Angaleena Presley were responsible for introducing her to her new husband, Brendan McLoughlin. It all happened in late 2018 when the band appeared on Good Morning America and Brendan was working security for the show. "My girlfriends, the Annies, saw him and knew I might be ready to hang out with someone," Miranda recalls. "My security guy Tom, he was in on it too. He said to me, 'He's here. And he's pretty.'" Miranda and Brendan got married in January, but didn't reveal their relationship until just after Valentine's Day.

Cole Swindell has the 9th number one song of his career as "Love You Too Late" reached the top of the Billboard County Airplay chart and Mediabase chart. The song was co-written by Cole, Michael Carter and Brandon Kinney and is featured on his latest album, All of It, which was released in August.

Reba McEntire announced that she will launch her own podcast on Spotify next year. According to a press release, "Fans worldwide can tune in to hear Reba's trademark wit and wisdom as she and expert guests share honest, comedic takes on struggles we all face when it comes to confronting life's challenges, making good decisions and creating happiness around us." No official title for the show has been announced, but it will start in early 2020.

The Country Music Association has revealed more performers and collaborations for the upcoming show. You'll get to see Kelsea Ballerini, Brooks & Dunn with Brothers Osborne, Garth Brooks with Blake Shelton, Dan + Shay, Kacey Musgraves with Willie Nelson, Lady Antebellum and Halsey, Old Dominion, Blake Shelton and Thomas Rhett. The show airs November 13th on ABC.
